7. Bonus and Promotions Policy

9. Intellectual Property

For any legal action, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles, submitting to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City.

14. Contract Modifications

Betxico reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Mexican legislation or our business operations.

• Acceptance: Continued use of the platform after the publication of changes implies tacit acceptance of the new terms.
